I wanted to release some equity from a property I own in order to fund my impending marriage - not vital, but very much wanted by both myself and my fiancée. Despite initial challenges due to my self-employed status, Propp staff were very helpful and were able to identify a suitable product for a full remortgage of the property, as a lower cost than a second charge. Propp's communication was excellent, no question was too small to answer (with patience and understanding of my situation) and the conclusion of the arrangement was followed up with a courtesy call to ensure that funds had been received.
