From the very initial conversation, Kate fully understood what I was looking for and knew exactly which lenders would suit my rather unique circumstances. Within a day, she had recommended and submitted an application to the lender. From obtaining the DIP, it then took less than a week from formal mortgage application to valuation to offer.
