So, what happens next?

We will call your client to get the details we need to give them the right advice and source their case.

When will my client be contacted?

We always aim to speak to your client on the same day. However, our office hours are 9am to 5:30pm, so if you make your referral in the evening, we will reach out to your client the next working day.

How will you keep me updated?

We will send you an update at each stage of the case, whether it progresses or not. If we can’t help your client, we’ll let you know why. If we’re able to progress the case, we’ll update you at each stage as it moves from offer stage, to signed, to completed.

When will I get paid?

Once the case completes, you’ll be sent an email to notify you and outline the procuration due to you. You’ll be asked to raise an invoice, which we’ll process within 28 days.
